A different approach to early crop protection
Fluffy crop cover is designed for applications where both insulation and additional space around the plants are important. Its voluminous structure creates a protective layer without pressing tightly against developing raspberry shoots.

The cover was applied to commercial raspberry rows during the period of increased weather risk. Its purpose was to reduce exposure to cold conditions and support a more stable microclimate around the plants.
Seasonal and flexible use
The material can be introduced during the early part of the production cycle and removed when stable temperatures return. This makes it possible to adapt the protection strategy to current field conditions rather than relying on a permanent installation.
The project demonstrates how specialised crop covers can complement professional berry-production systems.
